My character in Morrowind could fly. Using a special staff in combination with boots of speed. There was an incredible heavy action sequence where my guy had to fend off dozens of cliff racers with the staff while speeding over the mountains
what bugs me is that oblivion laggs so much on my pc but my pc mets all the system requirements, i have 3,4 gh, 2 gb ram and NVIDIA GeForce 7600 gt with 512 mb memory.
Lol having the pc version i do prefer to turn collisions of and take the adoring fan up and free fall with him. but none the less you gotta tell me the stats for that spell, message it though, i don't think i'll be able to fine this vid again T_T
i dont like the idea of flying i dont mind jumping on water or travelling fast but flying takes the coolness out of the game where is your sense of adventure
You should be able to do this on xbox, theres no cheat, no remove collision, just plain ole chaincasting.. weakness to magicka, followed by a buff or two.,. then repeat b4 the weakness expires and suddenly it will start to amplify your buff effects
my guess: he's using an exploit with weakness to magic on self then damage health 1 pt in his combi spell makes the weakness amplify it like10x if he's a dark elf, then he includes a fortify acrobatics/ speed/ athletics and weakness to magic on self that stacks repeatedly multiplying up his acro to 1,000,000 or thereabouts.
I have a rockethorse vid on here that works, but it uses the encumbrance/saddlebags exploit to fly.
great video and I think its cool someone found out how to fly but my guess is your chara is got modded stuff on it from you know the godly speed but hey if im wrong tell me how to get that Item >.> please
iirc i weaken myself to magic, buff attribute to make you jump higher, rinse repeat 10x without letting weaken wear off.. then jump

You have to have access to the academy so that you can make your own spells..

Spell 1:weakness to magic 100% 5 sec.
Spell 2:same thing as 1.
Spell 3:weakness to magic 100% 5 sec. and acrobatics 3 magnitude 120 sec.
Keep using spell 1+2 and it multiplys your weakness.
Then whenever you think you have a big enough number
use spell 3 and jump. try it! =]

This game's a resoucre hog.
Remeber Morrowind ran like crap until about 2 years after it was released.
The engine could do with ALOT of work but with the GFX cards avail today it's no longer a problem.

you can also fly by typing tcl in the console to torn of collisons :-) (for the noobs to get in console type the wave button ~ that one :-) )
