@mezerian thanks :) I ripped the songs directly from the PS1 copy with PSXMC, there is a freeware version, that's how I got a higher quality result, how did you get the songs?
Anyone know where I can find the song for the lagoon level I think it is?

Actually it was identicle quality on the actual game. It sounds very alike to a real theatre. You won't get any better than this ;)
