@justcheer19 The cheerleaders I use to know were pretty smart. Aside from indoor gyms, where else do cheerleaders practice. Someone on here mentioned that they practice on grass and other softer surfaces. I've never seen anyone try this on pavement (except in this cheerleader video of course). Do you know what trick they were trying to do? I use to break dance so I'm curious. Is it like a basic flip or something else?
