Sonic X can suck a dick. No Sonic show has managed to be as badass as this version, and I sincerely doubt anything will. Hell even the annoying characters in Satam were better, at least Antoine made me laugh occasionally.

It gets the fan rage because they picked and chose aspects of Satam and then made it overly kid friendly and heavy handed with the "lesson of the day". The vocal work was subpar; Jalel White playing sonic=ok, Jalel as every friggin hedgehog including the girl= oh god my ears. The songs were hit and miss at best, and the "villains" couldn't hold a candle to Robotnik from Satam who actualy came off as a threat.
I was like 8 years old when i first discovered this show, I just went into Blockbuster with my dad one night and I saw some portion of episodes of this show, so i checked it out, went home put it in the video cassete player and as soon as I finished watching the intro....I knew I had found God. It was classic, Sally was the hot girl friend, Antoine was the jealous lover/ jerk, Bunny was the awesome badass cyborg rabbit, Rotor freaking awesome walrus...and Sonic..need I say more???!! XD

@yoshisilver1 First, you're trolling. Troll on a Sonic X site. Also, I can't find many normal people calling Sally "ugly". At least Sally was drawn in a decent framerate, has actual 'hair', and has a voice that won't pop the ol' ears. Add that to the fact that she IS smarter than Tails, and a better ally for Sonic than any SEGA character ever was, and you've found Sonic's perfect sweetheart.
Also, despite what SEGA says... Sonic is 15 in this show, Sally is 16 in this show. Amy was 10 in CANON.
Did the people who made this actually play the game, or just have some read them an overview? The writers of the Archie comic admitted they had never seen the game when the started drawing it.
@Dinosaurprince I wonder that too, I would expect the tv shows to be based off the Sega Genesis games. There are only Sonic, Tails, Robotnik, and Cluck from Spinball. And to make it more confusing is Sally kissing Sonic at the end of the Season 2 finale, it just faces the concept that Amy doesn't exist in the tv show until Sonic X. Which girlfriend makes more sense? I can accept Amy because she has been chasing Sonic since the beginning of Sonic CD. Why Sally? Who knows.
@Dinosaurprince They did (The DVD shows the writers playing) they jus recognized that it had no depth. Back then, SEGA gave then carte blanche to do whatever they wanted. @yoshisilver1 First, you're trolling. Troll on a Sonic X site. Also, I can't find many normal people calling Sally "ugly". At least Sally was drawn in a decent framerate, has actual 'hair', and has a voice that won't pop the ol' ears. Add that to the fact that she IS smarter than Tails, and a better ally for Sonic than any SEGA character ever was, and you've found Sonic's perfect sweetheart.
Also, despite what SEGA says... Sonic is 15 in this show, Sally is 16 in this show. Amy was 10 in CANON.

@Dinosaurprince I wonder that too, I would expect the tv shows to be based off the Sega Genesis games. There are only Sonic, Tails, Robotnik, and Cluck from Spinball. And to make it more confusing is Sally kissing Sonic at the end of the Season 2 finale, it just faces the concept that Amy doesn't exist in the tv show until Sonic X. Which girlfriend makes more sense? I can accept Amy because she has been chasing Sonic since the beginning of Sonic CD. Why Sally? Who knows.

@Dinosaurprince They did (The DVD shows the writers playing) they jus recognized that it had no depth. Back then, SEGA gave then carte blanche to do whatever they wanted. The show was the most popular Sonic from 1993-1995, until Sonic Adventure. Check out: Sonic the Hedgehog (Tv Series) on Wikipedia.
