The Tic Tock Polka Is older than 1975 because I was young and my dad used to sing this song and I used to dance with him.What memories!

8mm color film was a bout the only thing used in home cameras back then.It is prob. a family member in the stands recording. His show was not in color.

Color, 1950? There was no color standard then, although there were experimental methods in use. CBS incompatible color was set aside, RCA compatible color became the NTSC standard about 1955. Could it be a color film, rather than a video clip?
