Have you actually looked up this pokemon?

First of all, it is only electric, there fore ground is its only weakness. The real problem with 'Angelsin"'s logic is that Eelectross has insane atk. and sp. atk., so the turn you use gravity you would be dead.

Also, water is not resistant to ground. grass is, and bug is, but not water.
