Iran will sue Russia for braking the contract, not that they have stolen 800milion, and don't pay it back! They are happy to pay back the advance payment of 150 million with interest! but Iran wants to sue them and put pressure for braking the contract and not delivering the system. They are probably happy to pay 3 times back, as they have profited a lot more rejecting delivery. The one who has lost is American taxpayers bribing Russians. We have lost air defence system.

1) the US is considered the Great Satan and policy maker/ big brother of the Anglo axis in particular, and of the Global Arrogance in general. (if you don't realize that, you have a Dai Jan Napelon syndrome, which I can't help you with, and are stuck in pre world wars era)
