it's not all right what you say about Germany. It only won one time with Nicole's "Ein bisschen Frieden" (A bit of peace) in 1982 in Harrogate and I don't think that Germany has got bad entries. Just think of Katja Ebstein or the band "Wind" in the past. But you are right with the present songs, our horrible telephone vote system makes even bad songs winning as last year when the great song "Hinter'm Ozean" by Carolin Fortenbacher against No Angels "Disappear" with only 1 % less- a real shame

I am from Malta and I read that Lawrence Gray who is extremely popular in Malta, sent a video to the BBC to apply for Eurovision UK. Lawrence Gray has a really exceptional and unique voice and I really cannot understand why he was not chosen.

He sent two songs: "You Are My Lover" and "Gethsemane". These can be seen on You Tube....see them and judge for yourselves.
