Your being Eritrean, Brother, you should understand they're talking about the UNDER-THE-GROUND hospitals the Eritrean Freedom Fighters built. Many of whom were educated in medicine, and went back to fight in the resistance.

They had all types of surgeons, even that of facial reconstruction. So yes, it is about the EPLF. :)
