the gymnastic coach is referencing her desire to win and projecting it on to her students, that is what every good coach should do, strive for greatness and attempt to attain perfection in a very technical sport.these "slaves" as youre referring to are probably better off where they are than in poor villages.nothing in this video indicates they the gymnasts are slaves or abused.
