Yes the AK-47 does have advantages like reliabilty and fire power, but it's bullet the 7.62mm lacks speed and accuracy, the m16 and m4 family shoots the 5.56mm which as speed, accuracy and fire power, an AK-47 lacks accuracy over 300 yards or more, and plus the only version of the AK-47 that doesn't jam is only the russian, and plus the Ak-47 is 9 pound, the M4 is only six in a half i think

@MovieMaster0001 It was an amazing film with a plot of its own but there were a couple of moments where I could quite easily imagine the Department of Defence "suggesting" to the director to include a "Join the USMC!" moment. The "I need you to be my Little Marine" is probably the worst offender but the rest of the film was amazing.
