If you walk around in Pattaya, it's not Thai Culture... it's Money Culture. I just regret it sometimes people form the idea that's Thailand. But if you book a trip to Pattaya, stay in a sleezy hotel or guesthouse and only come out at nights it tells more about you than about Thailand. What you do is your business ofcourse... but don't say this is Thailand; Sex, Money digging woman, etc... Thailand is MUCH more than that.
