I did my research and tried a veg diet for 2 weeks and there was a noticable difference when lifting weights, I could lift less but I didnt feel any less energetic. other than brocolli what vegan food has lots of protein?

Arguing would mean that I'm trying to convince people to believe in or to do something. I don't. It will simply come with age - silly teenage rebellion fades when personality is forming. I'm an atheist. I have no problems with children listening to anything. I said that it's music for children or early teanagers, didn't I? Every child has a stupid rebellion phase. Sooner or later they grow up and leave things like this one above behind. You guys will too :) It just may be taking a little longer for you :) Angry teenager's perspective rarely lasts long so try not to waste too much parents' money on Goldfiinger's T-shirts and posters :)

Nice song but there is nothing wrong with eating meat! It's nature. I know It sounds sad and bad to eat creatures that used to live, It's violent...BUT NATURE IS VIOLENT! JUST DEAL WITH IT! You know, we humans are the only organisms that can feel sorry for animals who are getting eaten by others. But predators like cheetahs or lions can only survive by eating meat. Ussually we don't make our 'preys'suffer, but in the normal real nature the preys are getting thorn apart!

So It's nature, if you'r a predator, to eat other animals and don't expect a lion to give his prey a anesthesia so that It won't suffer.

@aymanehanafi12 your kidding right? Veganism is the most natural diet anyone can have, fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc, there is nothing healthier or more natural than that. And being a raw vegan is even better. What isn't natural is having to cook meat to eat it or having to use guns or arrows, etc to hunt it. Or using machines to slaughter the animal.

but this is the reason different beliefs dont mix and causes wars but even that natural, creating countries help avoiding that until you over populate and people die naturally through deceases etc. and vegans would probably go 1st lol

@shotokanbiker no actually vegans are the healthiest people on the planet, I haven't had even a cold since I was 14, when I decided to go vegan. Im not fighing any urges, I find meat bloody and disgusting, and Dairy products are some of the fattiest foods on the planet, not to mention we are the only species on the planet that drinks another species milk, and continues to drink milk past infancy. I'll stick to my raw food, and keep my figure thanks.

@xPixelatedxMemoriesx like i said humans can make their minds up to do whatever they want. healthiest? depends on how you look at it, some vegans live longer. But i'd rather be strong and be able to push myself, and i dont have time to eat a plate full of brocolli just to get the same amount of protein as a chicken breast. I also have canines and incisors for eating meat.
I agree on the dairy issue but strong bones are important, if you could suggest an alternative i'm all ears.

@shotokanbiker i have to say that Protein thing is a myth, if you look on the labels on almost everything, there is protein in it. same with fruits and vegatables, I dunno maybe its just cuz Ive always hated the idea of something having to die for me to eat it. I drink Almond milk fortified with vitamin c and calcium, I personally hate the taste of soy milk.

@xPixelatedxMemoriesx i like almonds so I might have to try the almond milk. yeah most things have a lot of different nutrients including protein. I did my research and tried a veg diet for 2 weeks and there was a noticable difference when lifting weights, I could lift less but I didnt feel any less energetic. other than brocolli what vegan food has lots of protein?
