  • Make your own "tape" or recording for 'creative visualization' from the techniques listed here. (I wrote down the steps, and then made a recording on my laptop. A digital recorder is good for this too.) Makes it easier to do the process. All healing is self-healing. Namaste

  • I think it's therapeutically irresponsible to place what can be a powerful technique just out there on the net with no supervision. Shame on you.

  • @the0verlay Guns in the hands of people new to them are dangerous and those people need to be supervised, carefully! Thankfully, this technique, although powerful, will only shoot co-dependency between the eyes, and is therefore completely safe for public use. Thank you for rasing the issue and allowing us to reassure.

  • @HowToLetGo No offence, but you are wrong. Even in a therapeutic environment, techniques such as this should only be attempted when the patient has sufficient ego strength to hold the feelings involved. Otherwise it actually does more harm than good. But, whatever.

  • @the0verlay Ego may not be what you clearly think it is. We recommend you download and read a fantastic free e-book that will help you develop another perspective on ego - 'Effortless Evolution: A New Paradigm for Personal Change' by Jamie Smart.

  • I hope you can respond to this concern: in my family, my sister was labeled "good" and I was labeled "bad"; naturally, I came to identify with these labels. When I imagine cutting the bond with my sister, I feel like I've cut myself off from the Good - I know this isn't true or real, but this is how it seems and feels to me.

  • @logotrix You cannot cut yourself off from the Good with this technique. You cannot cut yourself from your Goodness even if you tried or had wanted it. Any perception of being cut off from Goodness is an illusion. Your issue was that you came to identify Good with your sister. This technique is a part of what allows you to find the source of Good elsewhere (including deep inside), hence breaking the co-dependency and opening possibilities for you to see Good wherever you go.

  • @1642poltergeist -- You have no idea what co-dependency is, do you? These videos do allow people to take care of themselves. Read a book (or 2) by Melodie Beattie or watch a few more videos. You need an "attitude adjustment!"

  • Thank you, i think this helped a little bit

  • Amazing this really helped alot

  • Wow Shoshana - what a wonderful dose of reality and love. Thank you both.
