@DATDUDE1979 I'm glad you gave up junk food. Keep up the fight. I don't understand it when people say they have a hard time eating healthy. Just pretend it's 1810 instead of 2010. Eat vegetables, fruit, grains, carbos, just cook real food. Rule #1 don't eat things that come in packages any more than you have to. Try cooking kale & other greens, rice, chicken that you cook yourself without a fryer. You'll figure it out. I'm on your side. e-mail me if you want some recipes I learned.
