Thanks for the compliment. Basically I'm just doing a variation on a I-IV-V progression. The verse is Am7, switches to E7 at the 9th and 10th bars, and back to Am7 for bars 11 and 12. The chorus is 2 bars Dm7, 2 bars Am7, 2 bars Dm7, and 2 bars E7. The form is just the standard VERSE-VERSE-CHORUS-VERSE.
