This coughing competion is not run fairly. While that guy was smoking there was someone coughing in the background..its gonna put him off.

I think if there is a tie they should measure the amount of carbon dioxide in their lungs. Failing that, the number of brain cells. They use one hand to count (holding a pencil)and the other to write it down. Excellent
