we will never know cause they stoped adding on to this storyline sadly this also might fix there mistake they did by not going in order of date if the went in order it would be easier to understand and the gameplay also sandreas had the best gameplay but the amount of more cars makes it looks crazy stupid to cancel all those cars in gta 3 and so on sandreas (1992) gta3 nearly a decade later

Maybe he shot the gun to tell her to shut up, because he's mute and can't talk.

If the mission you are talking about is the one where you have to kill Salvatore, you just have to go to the club where Salvatore is.There is an alley with stairs that lead to the roof of the building on the opposite end of the club.Just stay on the roof, use the sniper rife and shoot him when he comes out.

OR... get some granades, go to his place in northern portland, place the 2 sentenels in the entrance, when he comes throw the granade, and you get a nice chain of explosions.
