  • you guys should talk through the moves/workouts as you do it, like little reminders: such as keep breathing, keep you butt up, and dont sag your back. It helps me a lot during the workout and it helps me profect my form so that I'm getting all that I can out of each move. Thanks(: xoxo

  • Girls, I started my journey september 1st, I could not do 5 minutes of exercise without being out of breath and completely sore. Now 3 and a half month later, sticking with my daily workouts and bootycalls, I can do 2 whole Tone it up workout routines. I feel great, I feel empowered and it's all thanks to you, you have no idea what this mean for me. It mean a stronger and a braver me. Now thans to you girls, I know that if I really want something, I can !

  • i love you girls. your videos have helped me so much by getting stronger, but i still have the same amount of fat around my stomach. i know you cant spot reduce any where, but most of your videos are for toning. can you please do more videos on fat blasting and cardio that would be amazing!! love you girls you guys are my inspiration!

  • @RaesDays Thanks! They're the new skechers 'go run' -super light weight. We recommend these for when you're working out on hard surfaces :)

  • @Martinique757 have you tried cycling? or swimming? think low impact/no impact, and work from there.. is this something you have discussed with your Physical Therapist? They could help!

  • @ToneItUpcom I actually don't have a physical therapist...maybe I should seek one. But I've been doing Kettlebell for a little over a month and it has caused my knees to hurt when I bend down/crouch. I'm guessing I need to do different workout instead of one. I'll definitely see about cycling! Thanks for taking the time to answer my question :-)

  • What would be a beginner or intermediate modification for the Sundown Pikes? I cannot lift my feet off the ground like Karena :(

  • @seygra20 Maybe put both your feet on the ground or even try lifting the left leg as you bring the right elbow to it, then lifting the right leg as you bring the left elbow to it.

  • your workout videos are really nice but can you guys also sometimes do specific area workout video. Like just for abs or just for butt or legs, arms etc.. :)

  • @cactusl3gs there is a reason they don't do these very often. That reason being, total body workouts burn the most calories, and get you in shape the fastest. You can't spot reduce, but you can spot tone. However, you can build thickness in an area you focus a ton on, as opposed to their types of bodies... slim, toned, and hour-glass. I know you probably are thinking, "well, I have this trouble area "insert hips, back of arms, tummy here" and I need to focus on it. Nope! not true.Total body!

  • @ShaneM686 both of our body types are actually naturally VERY soft (especially katrina's), so we have to work hard to be healthy and in shape. We usually do 3 total body workouts a week combined with cardio, 1 yoga session & 1 other long run for a cardio day. xxxo

  • @ToneItUpcom Yeah, I remember your before/after pics from a while ago and from the competition. Katrina is naturally a bit more curvy and soft.

    P.S. NP Cactusl3gs! Keep on following their routines and especially their nutrition plan. Good, healthy change takes time, but having your body slowly adjust will be a lot better for you in the long term. One thing to keep in mind, once you are in shape, it is a lot easier to stay in shape. You're doing the hardest part now.

  • @cactusl3gs remember, you can't spot reduce! The point of exercise is not to reduce fat in certain spots, but to increase your lean long sexy muscle tone, and to increase your bodies metabolism so fat can be burned off like the layers of an onion! it all comes off together, it is just stored more heavily in some spots..   • @cactusl3gs it was AMAZING!! We didn't even do any color correction on the video! We had to use our iphone because our videographer was off, and the iphone really picked up the colors <3
