Yeah it is Narusasu and it is called And We, you can find it on youtube the whole story. It is one of my favorites and I preffer Narusasu as in Naruto being the seme anyways. They usually look more like their characters (naruto is not so girly and young looking) and they and not as pornographic or involving rape which I do not like. I do not like the ones where they have Naruto going kyubi however.

2. NaruSasu; Naruto's on top. SasuNaru; Sasuke's on top, and yes, it does matter to (most of) the fandom.
