Speaking as a former employee of an institution like this (and an ultra-conservative), the real problem has nothing to do with the staff. The staff are well trained in treating people with legitimate mental illnesses. This person does not have a mental illness. There is no such thing as "criminally insane". The real problem here is liberals dump these dangerous people on the mental health system because they don't want to admit that evil actually exist and should ne handled with execution.
