Bottle Vanish — version 2

I am a magician also and would love to ad some cool vanishes like these to my table hopping routine seeing as there is usually plenty of access to empty beer bottles. It always makes it a more interesting effect when you can just pick something that's not yours right off a table and perform with it. Do you think you could send me a message with whatever source material you learned the method from so that I could go learn myself? It would be really appreciated. Awesome vids. Keep em comin man!

@svaanberg Without wanting to give away how this is done, there is absolutely no sound of a bottle dropping on the floor in this video. Whatever it is people are hearing, it's something different.

I know this is kinda out of the ballpark thinking but does it go over your shoulder behind u because that would explain how you could end clean and the reason you have to sit down and the reason your hands have to come up so high, maybe im wrong just a thought

That's called 'confirmation bias'. You're expecting to find something so you think you see it. It's the reason why people think alternative medicine works. They believe it works and so they find 'examples' of it working and think they've done a fair survey.

I'm constantly amused by the people who say "you can see X at such and such a time" and "If you turn the volume up at X seconds you can hear a noise which means Y and Z". I like how it's always different and no-one is ever right.

Here's a rule: If people guess correctly about how I do any of my tricks, I don't approve their comments as it spoils the magic.

This is really nice done. Kudos. This is some of the smoothest editing I've seen in a while. If I had a guess, I would say that its a simple pause and the bottle is taken out while you remain in position, as there is a distinction of weight at 18 seconds, and its gone at 19 seconds. But once again, freakishly awesome.

man, you have to be dropping that bottle, but why won't the camera show it? ...are your frames that long that it's really just running by without a single frame showing it, while you're not blurred at all? ...there's got to be something to this .... dang, that's eatin' me up!

At about 20 sec in you stoped the video, you can se the video jumps just a little at about 20 sec in, dont't stair at the bottle look at the hole picture and you will see the tiny little jump where he has editing the video frame.

I turned my volume up full and I can hear the noise I think you're talking about. I honestly don't know what it is. Probably my girlfriend doing something in another room in the flat. There's noises all the way through it. I'm sure a bottle hitting the floor would be much louder than that.

-the shadows cast by his arms

-the light on the mouse remains the same, as well as the other objects in the room (altough that is pretty easy to cover up)
