Honestly, I've owned several tinnies and yaks mate and by far yaks are more efficient. @Mrgiveupufail I never said a yaks were faster then tinnies? I originally stated that second hand tinnies are filled with trouble. You do realize that kayaks can also be launched anywhere where as a boat is stuck launching from a ramp. For example a reef 500m off a beach and the nearest boat ramp is 10k's away. I assure you i'll paddle that 500m launching from the beach quicker then that 10k's in a tinnie. I'll take you seriously after you get your pen license and finish grade school.

I am presuming you are definitely still in school because you have not learned to spell correctly yet. As you get older you will learn that if you want to speak and have your say you have to back up what you say with experience, not just say it... for example " The max speed of a kayak in any condition is 1mph " which unfortunately, it isn't.

@Mrgiveupufail "yer about 1n" whats 1n? 1n isn't a form of navigational speed. If you're referring to 1 nautical mile an hour you're sadly mistaken. I can personally paddle a Ski at about 7 knots in favorable current and wind with no hassle. Which for you young fella is 13kmph.
