First off, Manny doesnt arrange fights and NEVER backs down from one. its all up to his promoter. Second, if Bob Arum(Paquiaos Promoter) were to consider this fight, they wouldnt take it because Valero is not that well recognized so it would be less ppv buys. and LAST Pacquiao would knock out this guy somewhat like Hatton because Valero just only focus on OFFENSE but barely DEFENSE.. enough said
