@Tep8u Not at all, Leannes Tracy just isn't so high and bubbley vocaly. British audiences don't want a Marrissa, far to annoying. Margo Lion (producer) loved Leanne more than anyone else, her preformance of Good Morning Baltimore reduced Margo to tears!

I prefer Winokur. This Tracy seems a little more aloof than the character's supposed to be. Too mature, even. Emotionless. The song's supposed to have a little school-hearted lightness but this Tracy is really showing something along the lines of a business woman. Kind of kills the childlike spirit of the song. Great voice though. If we could somehow combine the two Tracys... well, that's crazy talk.

Saw the show this evening and loved it! Michael Ball was on top form, Leanne was brilliant too. I personally thought she was at least better than Nikki Blonsky but I haven't seen Rikki Lake in the original film so I won't say she's the best.

She is my fave Tracy though. =]
