I have one in the Spirit Blue Pearl effect color. It has been a great car. It will go 155 quite easily. I only wish that they would bring the avant (estate) (wagon) to the US. I also wish that a manual was available, but that will never happen.

I really don't get this:the car has 450 HP,and it's elecronically limited to 250 kph,that means it can go faster,but in this video,at 155 mph,the RPM was already at 7000 RPM,how can it go faster in this conditions?Please anyone explain

it's a detuned lambo merc. v-10. in the lambo they have it tuned to 560hp in its highest output. Thats basicaly an ecu tune and exhaust.

@kagolko Actually he praised the Audi R8 quite a lot... He also praised plenty of Benzes and Beamers... I agree with him though, the A/ S series are boring... They look like the typical CAR, give a kid a piece of paper and pen and tell him to draw a "car" he will draw something that much resembles S6... He wont draw SL, a Zed4, the new S, or X6. There is jus t no creativity with Audi. Good cars though.

Yeah they do. Part's of Germany's Autobahn do not have speed limits. Forget all the hype though, a lot of the Autobahn does have a posted speed limit.

the autobahn doesn't have speetlimits except there is a sign such as a 130 sign. so if you drive on the autobahn and you havent seen a sign you are allowed to drive fast. but nearly 40% of the road are restricted. mostly bad roads, curvy roads, over hills (because of the slow trucks), at max traffic stripes or some inhabited areas. so mostly it's pretty usefull to restrict it. but you can still drive as fast as you are able to at most parts.

I too am a former S6 owner (traded it in for an R8). Man, I miss the S6 -- will have to pick up another one. The R8 is in a class of its own, but the S6 was wonderful.

i love the s6 but there has been a number of negative reviews on it. they center on the harsh ride quality (RS6 has adjustable dampers) and the lack of power (0-60 in 5.5) compared to the E63 and M5. I saw one at the audi dealer the other day, theyre awesome IMO
