This is great for my friend who is attempting to use Youtube to get hits for his video. He's a musician with a total killer song that everybody loves. He just completed a music video and the thing he still needs to do is building the community and forming the relationships. Even the musicians who used to be more distant and figures you would believe you would never touch, are now making personal connections online. One band has even built a whole community where they frequently interact.
