Not all teen Mothers get on welfare. I had my children at 16,19 and 23. and I was only on welfare for 2 yrs after my second child was born. And ,just because we have Children at a young age does not mean we can't go to back to school and make something of ourselves. It may take us longer, but we can get there...

oh really?, i was 15 when i got preg, i knew i loved kids and decided to have my daughter, best decision ever. i'm still with the father, i'm now 18 and we have both provided for our daughter, my beautiful little girl is 2 in a month, i do not regret it at all. so i'll say it again F*/K AGE. like i said in my comment, as long as the baby is being looked after then i personally have no problem HOWEVER, if they are doing it for stupid reasons & give their kids to the grandparents then thats wrong.

I've helped my mom take care of both of my sisters while they were babies, and if I was her, I would KILL myself! What these girls don't realize is that you get like, 4 hours of sleep a night, baby food cost alot of money, and you basically give up doing what you want to do because you're busy taking care of the baby! She understands the responsibilities of having a baby because my brother just had a baby, & she has spent a lot of time with my nephew.
