  • i used to weight lift too i stop because they r are hard to balance for real. Now i just do some gymnastics strength training to build my body and try to get freaking strong lol:)(:

  • Nice Phyman! When you say weightlifting do you mean like olympic style weightlifting with a barbell or just general weight training?

  • @PhymanDang oh. Well barbell lifts will help develop raw strength and power as opposed to just increasing size through bodybuilding. Probably more applicable to tricking.

  • @TraceurKyle well a bodybuilding routine does involve barbell work too, such as bench press, squat, and deadlift

  • @PhymanDang oh, ok thats cool. I was really just wondering if you were isolating muscle groups, because isolation is not that applicable for athletic performance in my opinion. I like Squats, deadlifts, bench press, power cleans, cleans and jerks, snatches, and stuff like that.
