A Goslyn will never overflow. The inflow of water is completely controlled by the Goslyn Grease Recovery Device. You could fill up an Olympic sized swimming pool with water and grease, hook it up to the Goslyn. The Goslyn will not overflow. (The swimming pool would take a while to drain, but grease and food would not enter the drain).

These grease traps are inadequate on anything other than a rinse sink. If you have a double or triple sink, the trap cannot handle the flow and will overflow on you. Your dishwasher will be emptying the puny oil catch container 3 to ten times a day. Don't waste your money have a proper grease interceptor installed and hire a vauum truck company that will come and clean it on a regular basis. It may smell a bit but you will have fewer headaches and a much more efficient dishpit area.
