  • Form done in good speed and wih grace. Form is called Plum Flower 13 Spear (Mu Fa Sup Sum Chang).

  • All I can say is "WOW" !!!

  • that's cool...

  • In my school we only do lei not choy or fut. But that's only because my sigung's sigung was a member of the lei family.

  • Cai(蔡Choy)and Li(李Lei) are names and Fo(佛Fut) means Buddhism, they are not separate components of Choy Lay Fut.

  • Aren't they the styles of the three families who taught the founder of Choi Lei Fut, because I study Lei Ga or the Lei family style, which was first founded by Lei Yau-San, the teacher of the founder of Choi Lei Fut.

  • This spear form is from master Lee Koon Hung school of Choy Lay Fut. It's wonderful to see it again.

  • Good speed and power but lack accuracy and precision. This a spear form not a staff form. Lost the purpose of each move.
