Thats how it is here in the us... except only the light from the direction the emergency vehicle is comming from turns green am]nd all else stays red....

green light allows traffic to proceed

yellow light means proceed if safe to do so, but be prepared to stop

red signal prohibits any traffic from proceeding.

Going through a yellow light, is not illegal.. just saying. The majority of your stuff is illegal, but some of it is perfectly okay lol
