I did a 3 year tour of duty with the UNFPA in Zambia.

Fighting for womens reproductive health rights.

The US gave us no money. We relied upon the more enlighted people and cultures such as the UK, the nordic countries and Japan.

Women and children are dying in Africa.

It doesnt have to be that way.

One of my friend was there. She works at the Nancy Pelosy offices in Capitol Hill. She was standing right next to Geri at one point... she told me she didn't like the Spice Girls when growing up and so she doesn't like Geri. Can you IMAGINE being that close to Geri and not even saying hi?! The only thing she told me was that "she has beautiful eyes". Man, and I work 10 minutes away from the Capitol and have a Senate ID. If she would've told me I would've left my job and run off just to see her!!
