Hafez & he's an Egyptian and it's about the building of the High Dam of Egypt to

save the people's homes from the yearly flood of the Nile River but & 4 political

reasons only,the US pressured the IMF to refuse to help Nasser,so Nasser

was forced to turns to the Soviet Union & they were very glad to help especially

if Egypt has the keys to the rest of the Middle east.
