This phone is a peice of shit. I owned it before when they first came out. Therefor boostmobile also sucks, so i figured i wouldn't waste my money on there version of the Droid! Go to Verizon wayyyyyy better. This phone don't even have flash for the camera. No mp3, very limited memory. To where all i had was 45 photos saved to my phone and it told me i couldn't save anymore until i started deleting them. I'm sorry but that's messed up. I could go on and on about how much this phone sucks!

@dirtypenguin15 on the side there is 2 buttons one for the top to turn the sound up and one for the bottom to turn the sound down, to shut the sound all the way to silent mode keep pressing the bottom button until it says silent mode :) Hoped I helped you with ur problem :)
