Snow is unmatched in his talent of deeply analizing situations and coming up with well thought and reasonable theories that may explain them, while still being also completely wrong about every single one of them lol.

Despite the harsh comments, a vast majority of THE WORLD enjoyed this game, along with X, that's why there is a sequel for both. And Square even vouched to fix all the kinks in the original XIII. You can't change how the whole world thinks, or their opinions, so all those faithful XIII fans should just sit back and anticipate the wait of another great Square product! :) And to put it simply, it's just a game guys! :D Chill out.

This game looks amazing, and I'm very excited for it. And @sergeantkozi, yes there are tons of cinematics, but the gameplay is huge. Tons of exploration, minigames, towns, and sub-quests are all over the place in this game reminding me of all the other FF's in the past. Was I the only one who was reminded of Golden Saucer when they showed the casino mini games? You guys hating on this are so closed minded. The lack of your creativity is so stagnant it's beyond sad.

I've loved RPGs and JRPGs all my life, but I'm just tired of JRPGs being so convoluted and ridiculous. This time travel/other dimension crap in XIII-2 looks fucking stupid. A solid story can turn a good game into a great one, but sacrificing gameplay and the things that made Final Fantasy great, such as exploration, just because they'd rather be making movies is just sad. Yeah, sure, the stories are well told and the games are cinematic, but they're practically interactive movies now. Not cool.

My biggest problem with Final Fantasy XIII was actually the story, I don´t mind linear games, not even too lineare games, I will though say that the gameplay could´ve been a whole lot better. I liked the game but I hated how the game just ended with the worst ending song and the worst end to an story. Even though this has to do with the time continum I don´t mind I will pick this up and see if the story finally can be concluded in the best possible way. And look in Japan Final Fantasy XIII

FFXIII was more like an interactive movie where players just walk from point A to point B so the story can progress with some battles in between. I miss the old games where we can explore and such. I wonder if Square-Enix is ever gonna look back or keep on making stuff like this.
