  • German dubbing is so funny...

  • "Patriot" is better

  • when a German speak french it is normal

but when a Frenchman speak german it is a scandal

    isnt it?

  • hes not napoleon hes speaking german :Dxd

  • wtf Napoleon speaking german

  • I wana one of these hat ;)

  • lol napolean looks like matt preston from mastercheif australia

  • I didnt know Napoleon was fluent in German XD

  • Napoleon tried to invade Great brittain (with an army 10 to 1), he said gave me 6hours to rule the english channel and we'll be the master of the world. but after trafalgar he knowed it would be impossible so he ordered the continentel blockade against Great Brittain but Russia didnt care and Napoleon then trie to invade Russia

  • @turner2123 Napoleon realised that it would be impossible to invade Great Britain BEFORE trafalgar, when his fleet had failed to keep away Nelson from Europe. Then he attacked Austria and Prussia but wanted to ally with Russia after he has defeated the Tsar. The new fleet he was building and the russian one would have been able to invade England, but the blocus was too hard to bear for Russia wich broke the alliance in 1812

  • Ahhhhh why Napoleon didn´t conquered the world.I wish he beat the Coalition, completely defeat Russia and then invade England.I wish end like in Napoleon Total War.....the end of the Grand campaign.

  • Clavier is a great actor, but, when I remember Napoleon's portraits, I understand he don't look like Napoleon.

  • What's the name of this movie?

  • vive l'empereur !

  • Puta madre por lo menos hablan en su lengua madre, no me gustaría ver que todos hablan ingles.

  • is napoleon talking german XD

  • Napoleon was a pussy. I will give him this, he was a smart pussy. When losing battles Nappy would put another officer in charge go away and come back to a losing war and then blame the officer and kill them because they failed. Lol What a bitch ass faggot.

  • @yourdaddy20192 Nonsense. Using all that tacky uptown street language just enhances your obvious ignorance.

  • @Malaka57 Stop crying bitch. He has left his post to other officers when he was losing the war to only come back and blame them. Instead of reading those bullshit washed down history books how about you do some actual research. Nappy fag was known for his childish tantrums as well. And stop trying to be some pseudo fag intellectual on youtube. It's youtube youre not impressing anyone.

  • @yourdaddy20192 Take your meds or go see a doctor little boy, you don't know what research is, dickhead, you obviously think it is clicking on Wiki (wow, really new that Napo had tantrums, oh you are a god of deep knowledge, and all that from a brain made of styrofoam...) Go back to the pool of diarrhoea you were born in, you pedophile.

  • @yourdaddy20192

    Forgot to add:

When you've finished getting your rocks off watching the butts of soldiers, come out of the closet and wash your hands,. There is nothing worse than guys in the closet like you, they'r as bad as those horrid priests

  • @Malaka57 hahaha stop crying pussy. Napoleon was a bitch.

  • @yourdaddy20192

You are one person no one will say eat shit and die to, from having your tongue up so many assholes you're probably immune. you are obviously some pimply little boy with designs on your mother and the little boys in Kindergarten. Get a life, or some meds, or both.

  • @Malaka57 man, you and your tongues in assholes, little boys comments, come out of the closet already....you sound like a pedo. I guess you and Napoleon have something in common. You like little boys and you're bitches.

  • @yourdaddy20192 Country US ... that says anything. Better stick to vids that are appropriate for your intellectual (in)capacity

  • @oberst89 lmao! someone is crying hahahaha

  • @yourdaddy20192 Then What does that make you? can you step up to the challenge? can you fit in his boots? No. So you're a bigger bitch.

  • @XxXScirishWarLordXxX I would shit on Napoleon then enter France and ram all the hot french woman and teach them how to shave the right way.

  • @yourdaddy20192 And you are a bit of santorum.

  • @yourdaddy20192 To which campaign in particular are you referring? Spain was already won when he left (leaving Murat in charge who was a fool and sent back misleading reports), the Russian campaign was a farce but he didn't leave anyone else in charge (he didn't trust anyone enough for that). The only campaign I can think where your statement is true-but there may be others I'm not aware of-was the failure in Syria. True he did blame others towards the end but he was paranoid by then.

  • Wenn ich mir das so anschau, denk ich, dass KEIN Russe überlebt hat!

  • VIVE LA FRANCE !

  • I do need German and Merry Christmas To you too! New years cheer to you!

  • Napoleon parle allemand???

  • @flownet07 C'est une version allemande seulement.

  • I hate to say this, but they needed more cgi.

  • They sound like Nazis

  • @davinfreeman1 Speaking German does not equal to Nazi ! Germans had a long history of culture before being deceived by Hitler and the Nazis who posed as nationalists after WW I and the cruel punishments visited upon them by Clemenceau's French government. Then they found themselves in an iron grip they could not escape from.

  • @FRAGIORGIO1 Im a German I know this stuff

  • @davinfreeman1 Then why do you say "They sound like Nazis"? No sense to that, unless you're German born but brought up in the US and all Germans sound like "Nazis", as some people might mistakenly say.

  • @davinfreeman1 Since your channel says you are 16 and you live in the US, do you mean you were born there, perhaps because your dad was in the US Armed Forces?

  • @FRAGIORGIO1 I was born there and my dad was in the Us Forces how do you know this stuff 0.0

  • @davinfreeman1 Well, you have an English name, and I have many friends who served there in the services, so I thought, "Er muss nicht Deutscher sein". I hope you learned some German while you were there, although I know some are in English-only schools for service children. Best wishes in your studies, Christmas, and New Year. Froeliche Weihnachten und Prost Neu Jahr !

  • Love how Napoleon has been dubbed to German....silly Germans...learn some English:P

  • @prnkstr Silly prankster. Lol.

  • Is the name of the film "Napoleon"?

  • @GenghisKhan1990 Its a 4 part TV Series from 2002 called Napoleon

  • @GenghisKhan1990 This is part of an excellent series that French TV gave, in French, of course, but this version is in German.

  • @GenghisKhan1990 nah its the matrix revolution!

  • @GenghisKhan1990 I think so, but you can check. :)

  • What is it with Germans and annoyingly dubbing things over? What's wrong with subtitles?

  • Napoleon used to masturbate before every battle to clear his mind...

  • @zandercook1 You got any sources for that?

  • Many countries welcomed Napoleon as a liberator who would take down the kings and tyrants and give the power to the people, and he did...

  • @2BCBattlefield Like Poland for example. In Poland Napoleon is a hero.

  • @MrArtmundus

Also in Finland. He forced Russia to take Finland from Sweden. Russia gave Finland the right to be its own country and not part of Sweden or Russia.

  • @2BCBattlefield Finland also defeted himself againts Red Army in Winter War 1939-1940. Poland kicked ass of Red Army in 1920, when all West Europe was shiting in the pants because they saw how quickly soviet's was moving on. Conclusion? Finland and Poland defeted themself against Soviet Union.

  • @MrArtmundus

Soo... how was that in anyway relevant

  • @MrArtmundus I think you mean "defended themselves", and you are quite right. They both defended themselves heroically.

  • @MrArtmundus Yes, since Napoleon gave them some measure of independence again after the Poles had been partiioned among Russia, Prussia, and Austria in the previous century. He created the Grand Duchy of Warsaw.

  • hahaha Napoleon obviously has to be one of the shortest people in the entire army! 3:58-4:00 Napoleon using somebody's shoulder as a rest for his telescope!

  • Play free Austerlitz inline at "We Are Napoléon", the french brigad napoléonic game

  • Movie?

  • Napoleon was not a tyrant ... He may have been the leader of france but he was not as sadistic as Stalin or Mao .. He never let his own personal affairs overcome him. When Napoleons wife was having an affair he did nothing , did'nt stike her down or kill her lover .. He let Josephine live out of his own grace . Even when she brought her lover to meet him he turned the other cheek.

  • Those boots make their legs look really sexy.

  • The Battle of the Three Emperors and Napoleon's greatest victory, i love this battle

  • @Puzzoozoo yea german mercenary, if u know what that is ?

  • @Puzzoozoo XD

  • @Puzzoozoo That's what subtles were made for. If u are german, u simply call your ppl and make your movie. And put subtles for foreign watchers.

  • @brazidas I know, but it still sounds funny.

  • @Puzzoozoo

well, without Napoleon, maybe there would be no germany today... Prussia only.

  • @muiebozgorilor cough Bismark cough

  • @Puzzoozoo

there is more to it than Bismarck.

  • @muiebozgorilor History shows he was the driving force behind the unification of all the little german pricipalities with Prussia being the dominant one, plus Bismark in advertantly creating the conditions for WW1, and then WW2.

  • @Puzzoozoo

all I was saying is Napoleon made the first step, by organizing all those tiny principalities ( thousands of them ) into larger entities...maybe not all of those princes would have agreed to join greater germany and be reduced from head of state, to mere counts.

  • @muiebozgorilor Ok. But Nepoleon's other claim to fame is his empire was the worlds first police state.

  • @Puzzoozoo, Napoleon did have a secret police, but it's nothing like the Gestapo and the NKVD. They were mostly used for spying and they rarely kill anyone. Plus, Josephe Fouche didn't kill anybody during the reign of the French empire. He thwarted every royalist attempt to kill Napoleon.

  • @muiebozgorilor read Hayek.

  • @Puzzoozoo because its a german movie!?

    noob :P

  • ÖSTERREICH :D

  • With the advancement of technology politics move much faster than they did in days of old.

America as it stands now is neither glorious but nor are they an oppresive bully. America has it's faults. In the past terrible things have been commited buy Americans. However, every country on the earth has commited atrocties to varying degrees. In the overarching sceme of things America is not evil nor cruel nor mean. Americans make mistakes and SOME do evil things. Do not judge a whole by a single

  • @Milienius Heres a hint mate, just because you don't see them doing bad things now, doesn't mean they aren't doing bad things, thats the whole point of pursuasive speaches made by presidents and the politicians, they get us to think that they are doing the right thing...

  • How about this.

Yes the French helped America gain her independence, then we had what is called the Quasi-War with France soon after that ended in a stalemate. After this America stood on her own two feet. After World War 1 I consider any debts to France repaid. America did now win WW1 but we defintley came to their aid and proved decisive as the french had more than a century ago.

Yes America and it's defacto empire as a world superpower has only lasted 65 years atm. However,

  • Their Shakos are of the 1812 pattern. Not is use in 1805. Great movie though.

  • The West Point Atlas of the Napoleonic Wars shows that, at least at our military schools, the greatness of Napoleon is recognized and studied in detail.

  • great great great grandfather served here and was napoleans aide. and general of the engineers

  • @seminoleboy96 I'm British, but I have to say you should feel proud that your family stood alongside a great leader and emperor of his time. :D

  • @Blargman57 he even went with napoleon to saint helena and elba (during his 2 exiles) and escorted his body back to france. he is buried next to napoleons tomb.... anyway thanks and i have respect for britian

  • Luckily he wasnt facing Welington and british troops on top of that hill.

Theres is no doubt in my mind he would have lost.. Thats history though it was a famous victory for the French that npoleon could never stop alluding too

I guess he forgot trafalgar battle of nile etc.

  • @zenoist2

?? he would, if it was ONLY WELLIGNTON who he would had been facing

its a fact prusians saved britain asss during tht battle

  • @cseijif dont worry your head off about it.

Britain just thrashed Napoleons arse as they did Hitler.

GB doesnt like dictators it seems.

    Historical fact.

  • @zenoist2 Britain thrashed Hitler? Out of the three big powers involved in the European front, Britain did the least.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Britain decimated hitlers invasion force and destroyed the lufftwaffe, which was 5 times the size of the RAF, 3 years before U.S even thought of entering the war. Britain also crushed Rommels Panzer divisions in Africa and halted the advance of 10s of thousands of jap troops in Burma that could otherwise have been deployed against the U.S in the pacific. And if Britain had fallen, Their would have been no allied victory, As their would have been no D-Day...

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Britain fought all 5 and 1/2 years of ww2. America only fought 2 and 1/2. And contray to popular belief (American belief) America did not "come to Europes rescue on a white stalion". It was actually Germany that declared war on the U.S, not the other way around as many Americans believe. Infact you probably wouldnt of entered at all if it want for Germanys declaration of war. And Britain was doing pretty well for the 3 and 1/2 years it stood alone....

  • @MrDeano324 Britain fought all of the years, that much is true. The rest is just garbled nonsense. America fought 2 and a half years (well 4 really, but i doubt you know about the Pacific War) on the European front because they were the deciding factor that won the war on the Western Front. Germany declared war on the U.S., AFTER a Japanese attack on an American naval base. Who was supplying British troops with weapons and supplies? Their betters in the United States.

  • @MrDeano324 But I suppose some credit is owed to the british. Montgomery's incompetence allowed American generals (i.e. REAL generals) to take control of the Allied war effort and actually win it.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Incopitent?. He decimated Rommels Africa Corps and halted their advance. Which drove Hitler to turn all his attention to the Russia. The true incompitent general was MacArthur. His incoherent strategy to defend all of the Philippines ended in surrender at Bataan, 1942 (largest surrender of US troops in history). His ego made him unable to work with the Ausies defending New Guinea, and the ill-advised invasion of Peleliu, a Jap stronghold of no value that cost 10,000 US lives.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan And yes. From December 1941, to September 1945, is alittle over 3 and 1/2 years. What are you talking about?...And Britain had no U.S supplies during the Battle of Britain. Spitfire - British Hurricaine - British Lancaster - British Mosquito - British Aviation fuel - British Empire resources Pilots - British Emprie personel Ground Crew - British Emprie personel Ammuniton - British 29,000 kg, and 20mm Do Americans know anything about history?, I mean seriously?...
  • @MrDeano324 I guess you've never heard of Operation Market Garden, or the North African campaign. I bet you think The Somme in WW1 was a British victory, right?

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Haha, lol. Actully the Battle of the Somme was a British victory. contray to popular belief, the Battle of the Somme was a 4 month battle, not one day. The first day of the battle was less than successful for Britain, losing astronmical amounts of men through poor command and napoleonic tactics. This was changed over the course of the next 4 months and Britain was victorious. Pushing the Germans back 40 miles and gaining tactical positions along the front.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Just goes to show my comment about Americans not knowing their history was very much correct...

  • @MrDeano324 I'll take that as a "yes."

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Yes you can. And I will take that as "I didnt know the somme was 4 months let alone the British winning it"...Learn some history before commenting on the subject ok. You make yourself look foolish...

  • @MrDeano324 And yet the results of the battle were inconclusive. The British achieved their objective, but at an alarmingly high rate of casualties sustained upon them by the germans. It would be a pyrrhic victory, if only the battle was of any major importance. I suppose that isn't the first time a few scum bags from the UK mindlessly threw their lives away (see: Battle of Bunker Hill to learn more!)

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

Haha, liking the quick internet search there lol. What website did you use? ;P

Britain lost almost half of the overall causalties in the first day of the battle. Poor command and outdated tactics resulted in massacre. Britain learnt from this first day. Releaving command from men such as General Haig. Employing new, modern tactics. And encorpartating the tank onto the battlefield for the first time in history....read on...

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

And without the Somme, Britain and France could not have been victorious in 1918. As it pushed the Germans back to the hindenburg line, which ultimately led to their downfall. So yes, the Somme was of "major importance". And an American takling about mindlessly throwing away lives?. Vietnam ring any bells? 60,000 dead, 300,000+ wounded, and still were defeated, with no gain to America what so ever. Now thats throwing away lives. And do you really want to talk about 1776?.

  • @MrDeano324 Even the trade rights with Vietnam that keep the relations with Southeast Asia on a somewhat positive note? They give us quite a bit of money for resources they don't have. Sure, I'd love to talk about 1776~<3 And about the entire American Revolution. The infamous war in which trained British soldiers couldn't defeat a handful of farmers and the French.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

thought you would say as much. Fine, here goes. The U.S did not win that war. The U.S were taking devistating losses and losing 9/10 battles against the British before the entrance of France and Spain into the war. French involvement proved decisive. French victory at Chesapeake forced a British surrender at Yorktown. And Spain's involvement culminated in the expulsion of the British from Florida, securing the U.S flank. Without their invovlement, the U.S would have lost...

  • @MrDeano324 I will now use my superior logic to destroy everything you just said. Quote : " The U.S. did not win that war." Then you said "Without their involvement, the U.S would have lost..." Make up your mind, kiddo! We became free and became the number one nation in the world about a Century or so afterward. I'll leave your contradiction as a testament to your idiocy. Good morrow.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

I thought I would have been obvious I was talking about not on their own...apparrently not...

And 65 years as a superpower is nothing. The British Empire spanned from 1497 to 1997. A grand total of 500 years. Comeback in half a millenium and we can have a proper chat about how great America is. Assuming it lasts that long. After a mere 65 years, it already looks like a sinking ship...

    Good day sir.

  • @MrDeano324 I'm sure that change of perception is very convenient. Also, how could the British Empire exist in 1497, when England and Scotland were seperate until 1707?

And even then, the empire did not last for that long. Hong Kong may have been returned in 1997, but the British Empire was over for about 70 years. It was just a matter of time before you lost India, and to a pacifist! How sad! so the British Empire lasted for about 210 years. Not so good, considering its age.

  • @tyrannasaurasalan

The British (English at the time until change of name) Empire officially started in 1497 with the settlement of the colony in Ireland. It officially endend in 1997 with the hand over of Hong Kong. Now I don't pretend to be a mathematical genius. But I make that 500 years.

There you go again trying to distort historical facts for your own gain. Nice debate, but I prefer to have historical debates with people that actually know their history. I wont be replying again. Good day.

  • @MrDeano324 You keep making excuses for your inaccuracies so that you don't look wrong. How childish. And now, instead of trying to prove you're right, you're giving yourself a time-out. I laugh!

  • @zenoist2 hahaha u have to be joking. Hitler thrashed U! granted he didn't destroy u, but u certainly weren't there in the battle of berlin. just sayin

  • @mrharmonica100

Hilter did not thrash Britain. Britain decimated hitlers invasion force and destroyed the lufftwaffe which was 5 times the size of the RAF, 3 years before U.S even thought of entering the war. Britain also crushed Rommels Panzer divisions in Africa and halted the advance of 10s of thousands of jap troops in Burma that could otherwise have been deployed against the U.S in the pacific. And if Britain had fallen, their would be no Battle of Berlin, As their would have been no D-Day

  • @zenoist2

trafalgarwas a naval battle, where Napoleon wasn't, and he wasn't a naval commander anyway, so that's hardly relevant

  • I love Nepoleon.

  • what is this movie called?

  • @youwaymuzic Napoléon et moi

  • War is God´s way to teach Americans geography.

  • der untergang

  • french suck loads of cock now

  • @TheHighlanderGeneral Yes sir, I will, I have no time to spend with an idiot. Good day.

  • from wich movie is this?

  • whats this called and is it possible to get this with english subs? :(

  • lulz, Napoleon resting his spyglass on the other guy's shoulder

  • What's the name of this movie???

  • @theyeow92 no es pelicula, es una serie Y MUY BUENA, SE LLAMA NAPOLEON. ES DEL 2002.

  • @theyeow92 En france ce film ce nomme "Napoleon" tout simplement

  • @theyeow92 is not a movie, is a serie called NApoleon, si from 2002, is a great miniserie, and i advice watch it in french version, because in english sucks!

  • wuts with the guy hitting a nail into the canon?

  • @ComputerHelp007 He's spiking the gun so it can't be fired again

  • @TheMagyarbear oh... i see

  • This Napoleon has too much hair.

  • i have no idea of what they did in those cannons but that's not how i cannon should fire, you should only see alot of white smoke.

  • @poliprd

    I admire your pedantry!

  • wait, why were the cannons shooting FLAMES? I'm pretty sure cannons didn't do that.

  • its in german

  • I love it, however i wish it was in english or spanish

  • Comment removed

  • why do people joke about france god did any one see the german war machine they obliterated the french outdated military france surrendered so that their people can still survive not be killed like dogs

  • @TheGreekborn, I aknowledge that the Greeks fought very bravely, and even destroyed the Italian invasion force, and Greece was only conquered when the Germans stepped in. nobody could have stopped the german war machine during that time, and their new tactics were revolutionary, with the bliztkrieg strategy to quickly overwhelm the country.

  • @expertstrategy well nobody could stop them i agree but i mean france gave it their best they surrendered cause they new they lost a soon as the germans crossed the ardenas their tanks where tops their infantry was outstanding and little countries such as greece where not so fortunate at that time the blitzkrieg was a top of the line tactic an enveloped alot of countries

  • @TheGreekborn, a lot of people, particulary the Americans and British make fun of France's quick defeat in 1940 after six weeks of fighting. Prussia fell to Napoleon in 19 days. the French won at the battles of Jena and Auerstadt, destroying the Prussian army and capturing 150,000 by war's end.

  • @expertstrategy as for the napoleonic force at that time france was a powerful monarch and prussia was still in a poor state their military was strong but the veteran french soldiers quickly enveloped them kinda how germany enveloped france

  • @expertstrategy those people who make fun of the French should read 'The Price of Glory' by Allistair Horne.

After that you will understand why the French were totally unable to fight another horrendous war.

  • @remko2, I already know all of the reasons why the French were quite reluctant to fight another war, since they were still traumatized from the amount of dead they suffered in WW I, and they didnt want to repeat the same bloodbath again.

  • @expertstrategy my comment wasn't directed at you personally but at those Americans and Brits, mainly Americans, who have no sense of history whatsoever and make stupid remarks about the martial prowess of their respective nations and derogatory remarks about the lack of martial prowess in others.

Some nations have fought wars, bloody wars and have come to the conclusion that in the end all the bullshit about strength & honour just is not worth all the suffering. The French did, the Germans did.

  • @remko2, I understand.

  • @expertstrategy peopel also forget the french in 1940 where still recovering from ww1 and france had really bad moral and there army had been nelgted in the interwar years france wa snot ready for a long fight like ww2

  • @3L24 how the hell the army was neglected in the interwar period?? how about the impenetrable maginot linemost of the german panzers of 1940 were inferior to french tanks...wwII was not long for france.they fell in 6 weeks. what makes france's quick defeat "remarkable" is the fact that the victory was won purely due to innovative strategy and tactics. napoleon didnt innovate in terms of warfare, his (early) troops were highly trained and nothing more

  • @3L24 name one battle in which napoleon showed great tactical prowess (besides austerlitz)....on the other hand, his mistakes were tidal turning. (waterloo), and the majority of his battles had nothing special. (eylau, borodino, jena, auerstedt, arcole). He was a master politician, but no more than a good general

  • @shebaloso

Oh man. Look at this guy.

His other victories weren't "that great" by what measure, exactly? I guess Frederick the Great wasn't that good if you discount battles like Leuthen and Rossbach. Alexander had his great battle at Issus, but whatever, he was using his FATHER'S WELL-TRAINED TROOPS just like Frederick.

See, I can play this game with other great generals as well.

  • @shinchan0s Its irrelevant if alexander used his fathers' troops. It was him who won at Gau Gamela, Issus, Hydaspes, not his father. his father may have created the tool, but it was him who put it to good use. Genghis Khan and his sons conquered in less than 40 years an empire that dwarfs even that of alexander. Suvorov fought the swedes, the polish, the french, napoleon's generals and NEVER lost a battle. Those three guys fought their entire lives and were simply undefeated in battle.

  • @shinchan0s napoleon managed to win some big battles, but, unlike those three i mentioned, he didnt innovate in terms of warfare. and he also made mistakes that eventually ended up costing him his empire (ligny, waterloo, borodino). clearly, he is not on the same level of those three. as i said, no more than a good general

  • @expertstrategy what would have happened if britain wasnt an island and napoleon could have invaded it in the same fashion at all those other european countries. the britsh love to boast that their country wasnt succesfully invaded for a thousand years. neither by napoleon nor by hitler. they are morons.

  • @expertstrategy WTF? I'm British, and everyone here appreciates the French resistance. We don't laugh at France at all.

  • @ToaJoe, I'm not saying that everybody says bad things about France. I know there are a lot of Americans and British who have respect.
