I have no idea if you will actually read this or not, but I hope you do. The first person who came to my mind for this role was (and please no harsh comments) Beyonce?

I know it sounds crazy but after her performance on the Oscars it just kinda fits. She has the sex appeal, she's a great dancer AND she would be a nice touch of diversity for that cast. I have no idea whether or not she would do another movie musical, however I think she is someone to think about.

this is one of the few movie musicals I have never seen, always heard about it but never got aorund to seeing it. I would loove for Adam to do it, but I am biased since I just love him to bits. I would love to see Scarlett flex her musical muscles and think she would be a fun choice.

I'd love CZJ as Lola, but she might be too old opposite Jake. Anne Hathaway is not a bad idea for Gloria... I want MERYL as Meg, because I naturally just want to see Meryl do everything, however I feel the part may be too small. Diane Keaton can certainly sing! Maybe Patricia Clarkson? I just love this show so much, I want it to be GOOD!

I think this movie is a genius idea.

It's about time someone re-does this brilliant musical. I couldn't agree more that the old movie is pretty awful. It just doesn't do it justice.

I think the casting is great so far too.

I like your idea of Scarlett as Lola. She would be fantastic!

I've heard a lot of people suggest Beyonce. I think that would be a horrible idea. I'd like to know your thoughts on that option, Ryan!
