pretty much, but not all of them, there is one song thats hard as hell, "all my life" by ozzy osbourne, besides, what makes this game hard is the strumming system and the shape of the guitar grip (your wrist gets pretty beated up when you play long hours), not the charts.

Yes, it has lefty mode. It simply flips the screens upside down, so that you turn the DS around, hold the grip with your right hand, and strum on the left side with your left hand.

I'm not hitting the DS, because you don't have to... you can keep the stylus on the screen, rather than tap it repeatedly. The thing by my hand has nothing to do with this video at all... it's just... there, just because.
