wow what do you mean you won't be realeasing tutorial..... it's not hard at all... here is a short tutorial for everyone reading this:

1. extract your profile to your desktop

2. open in the avatar mod in modio

3. click unlock everything

4. rehash and resign the file using xbox hash block calculator

5. put back into your 360 HDD

6. put the clothes on before you sign into the xbox.

You hook up your XBOX's HDD to your PC, using a special cord Microsoft made (god knows why), and use either Modio or Xsata to hack a certain file for the Avatar Editor. Then all clothes that are currently in the system are unlocked.

However, it only works when offline, and the minute you go online, all your hacked clothes disappear.

Just look at the related videos. View the one from "GameTuts". This CAN get you banned, if caught by Microsoft.
