For the defensive item the choices are quicksilver, banshees or GA, purchase depending on enemy team. For the final dps item I often find myself getting a madreds but i havnt had many games last that long so I dont have enough experience to say what would be best.

i main ezreal as a jungler, if u take attack damage reds and quins with vamp spec and position your self right u do full clear in under 4 minutes with 80% hp without a leash. They think i be trolling but they never expect ezreal damage ganks :)
if i was jungle ezreal i will start with my "w"!!!!!:D
