@Pianoloverok He may have been born in America, but I don't know about other people, I never say I'm 'Canadian'. My parents are chinese/cambodian, and that's exactly what I am. In the states and canada they're so many different races it really doesn't help to answer 'American'.
Yeah a lil bit rushed..his right hads not as fast as his left hand when his left hand is doing the staccato notes so it doesn't sound in time together [[at the beginning] but later on its fine. I only hope I can actually play the piece when I get to learn it xD
Great performance George! Your tempo and dynamic is a perfect representation of the bumblebee's flight! It made it easy to conceptualize while listening.

I think you are a little too rushed here. Every performance will be different, of course; but compare this performance with the one in Caracas. Don't sacrifice precision and dynamic expression for speed.
everytime I hear this being played, its always either just the rach version or a mixture of Rach and Rimsky...I have never heard anyone play the Rimsky version on its own. Anyway, well done George, another great performance.!!
@RcWorld7 George is American!

awesome performance... it deserved a room with better accoustics, lol
mezzoforte84 3 years ago
The acoustics were fine, but what I meant was that youtube is not the same at all as an in person performance.
Bravo, George!

This is good but I think you should slow down a little and put some dynamic in.
