i am going to do the same style boat but a 25 inch version of a flatbottom boat. its going to be run by my aquacraft ep1 outboard but i need to know one thing. how did you do the welds? were they heli-arched or mig ? this would be much help

I glue it whit epoxyfor this one, but now i use aluminium brassing rod, Electric welding wont work on 26 gauge sheet.
