38 was from 419"Exodus". Carter saved a patient who was separated after a chemical spill and got the chemical thing on himself. Those men are taking off Carter's clothes as you can see and then give him a shower. 1.06, I forgot what exactly the water is in the bottle but it was supposed to be used as a weapon for self-defense...

I got it. The thing he got in his eyes was pepper spray. And it was from 321 " Make a wish"
