Kay, ik ads are annoying, but I'd just like to say check out jwpepper.com! Has pros playing band songs. My band's working on Ghost in the Attic, we're 7th graders and it's still the beginning of the year. I play bass clarinet, but I don't get a chair system yet cuz I started this year, but have been playing regular b flat since 4th grade. All clarinets are awesome!!!!
i love these songs! we played black tower overture for honorband this year. but we played it alot faster. still a great song! i looove it. its so sad. did ur director tell you the story behind it?

First of all, in the "Black Tower Overture" the marimba player's were fantastic with thier 16th note pick'up's. Also, in "Ghost in the Attic" the temple block player's was really good.
What is messed up with Lakota! Why do their junior high bands sound just as good as alot of high school bands.
P.S. I am on youtube because it is about that time of the year for me and some other musicians to pick a NEW national honor orchestra; and I just so happen to stumble here.
Thank the lord almighty! It is a true blessing from the Band Gods! (Mr. Botdorf has connections with the Band God that controls how our band plays during the concert. Thats why the concerts always sound better than the songs do in class).
timpani should have been louder in black tower. u cant hear it at all.

Mr. Botdorf is my band teacher this year. He's doing a wonderful job. :3 In fact, my concert is in a few hours. I'm really excited!

Haha im in 7th grade concert and jazz band this year (and next!!!) and i play clarinet. Our bands sound gr8 but mr. botdorf h8s our 1st period band
