almost.. insert ps1 game in a ps3 then you can use remote play on the ps3 to play the game on the psp... remote play is a wireless connection to the ps3 with a psp/ps3 anywhere on the world, and no you can't copy the game to the psp.. this only works with stuff bought on psn network store.
Nice, I've been playing Metal Gear Solid on my PlayStation Portable since this new update came out, but I should get those old Gran Turismo games so I can play them via Remote Play as well. Great video, thanks for posting it.
Hopefully they improve Remote Play even more over time though, cuz even when I operate on the private network and am standing right next to my PlayStation 3, there's noticeable lag with the controls, which is unacceptable.
play with the set-up (press Home when in remote play and go to settings) you can adjust reaction speeds.. also standing closer doesn't help ;-) but yes it needs improvement (the whole game runs to slow)... also would like to see them turn it around.. get psp xmb on the ps3 :-) so i could use my PSP GoCam! as a 'videophone' through psn and rss podcast and now radio too. PS3 should be the Media HUB not the psp
Yeah, I've tried changing it to get the best reaction speed, but it still just isn't fast enough. lol, wish I had a GoCam!. I might get a PlayStation Eye in the future though.
i do the same with my ps3 and my psp to play gt1 and other ps1 games, is cool.

i remember playing gt1 and 2 in 1st -2nd grade so i was 6 n 7 and i use to do my own gear ratios and make the cars alot faster by doing it

obvious.. i was talking about the psp ;-) the video shows how I play a game on a PSP using a PS3 ....so.. AND not ALL ps3´s can play ps1-ps2 games.

You play with Remote Play, so also the discs can be played. And: Every PS3 can play the PS1-games, only the 60gb (here in europe) can play ps2 games.
