poor telesales agent..she cant do anything to convert this call to sales... this call added to her denominator and affected her sale conversion (for Sprint telesales agents it is important to convert each call to sale because performance is calculated by number of sales over number of calls and you need to meet a certain percentage/quota, but with this type of call, goodluck!

I used to work in cust care too. Why else would I get such enjoyment out of calling Telesales? The fact is that all of us have probably been prank called at work, and you just have to learn to deal with it.
And honestly, if you would rather listen to those people bitch for 8 hours per day than be pranked, you're seriously fucked in the head.
I used to work for Sprint and the sad thing is they have this thing called handle time. So when a call like this is factored in, based on the length of the call, this associate might have lost her job for it. For the record Sprint Associates aren't allowed to just hang up. I hope she didn't lose her job. I must say this was funny. Weird but I had calls like this, key word is had. By the way it's not your fault that Sprints policies suck. Merry Christmas
