Great acting! @Bill @Smith FALCONETTI walks in the compartment to show the "New Man" @Nolte ... who's "Boss" AND to check him out. The WAY @Bill walks in,LOOKS at @Nolte several times and changes the radio station to "Control" the personnel and NOT the radio!

Rich Man, Poor Man hit a tremendous climax when Falc entered the story. He was so supremely evil, especially when he finally finds Tom in France.

What a great movie tough guy!...William Smith should have been up there with the likes Charles Bronson...It's hard to understand how he never made it really big and even when he was no more than a bystander in some movies he always had a more powerful presence than the 'stars'.....He'd have been great in the Sergio Leone westerns.

Ive just bought the whole series ( 1 and 2 ) and I noticed that as Falconetti is taken off the ship he has a dressing over his left eye. Yet on each subsequent appearance he has a patch over his right eye.
