If I were you I would seriously stop going heavy and start doing super sets with medium amount of weight.Your gonna look bulky if you stick with the normal progressive weight. When you try super sets your gonna sweat like crazy but its good cause you still need to shed a couple pounds anyway, plus your stamina will increase which will be a plus in your cardio workout. But yea start super sets, so you can build definition. It worked for me at least.
tell u what do more light weight lifting but with more repss so instead of doin 10 sets of 10 do 10 sets of 20 it helps afuuuukin lot thats what u need
Dude, you are PERFECT now. Nobody is built exactly like you are. As you get leaner, you will attain an increasingly more common physique. The little bit of fat you have gives you your unique shape. The leaner you become, the more your bulid will resemble all others with the same ht/wt muscle:fat ratio. Just my opinion. Your build exemplifies what I think is ideal. You rock, NOW.
let me get this right, ur tryin to lose bodyfat but ur lifting heavy???im confused.cos for me lifting heavy means more calories and more calories means more bodyfat,in other words offseason trainin..,my advice is ,set out a goal and then how u plan to acheive that goal,and stick to your plan making small adjustments along the way,prehaps u could talk to a personal trainer to help u do this,and stop fukin wit ur diet and get it right or ur results will be minimal.good luck man

I am at 234 lbs and I am 32 and 5"10 inches. I need to get down to 191 and below. Thanks for this video. See ya there at the top. Lol

hey man its really not about diet, its all in what u are eating,if u must do the fast food thing there is a lot of healthier alternitives out there,just cut the junk and u WILL see a bigger improvement..good job man keep er up
