A home inspection in Canada can be bought in college courses.... so many people have them and can't do a thing about it when what is inspected doesn't even get noticed by the inspector and legally they have no recourse to follow...

You two have no idea what your talking about. You shouldnt have 10k profit margin. ESPECIALLY PLANNED. Thats nothing, a house can eat that up in a week if somethings wrong. 40k profit center minimum. Do less houses with less stress and more profit.
